What is RideLab?

RideLab is fitness app designed to help cyclists train smarter, get stronger, and ride faster. It helps cyclists optimize their strength training in alignment with their cycling goals.

Why should I incorporate strength training?

Targeted strength work boosts endurance, helps prevent injury, and powers bigger efforts during your rides. Core and hip strength stabilize your pedaling. You'll improve climbing, sprinting, and recovery, and be primed for higher cycling loads season after season.

Will this intefere with my cycling training?

No! This will compliment your training, and will auto-adjust based on your scheduled rides or days on the bike.

What if I'm a beginner cyclist?

RideLab is designed for beginners and experts alike. Every cyclist should be including strength work as part of their training routine.

Do I need to be training for an event to use RideLab?

Not at all! You can use RideLab to improve your overall cycling performance or you can choose specific cycling skills to focus on.

Will I get "big and bulky" doing strength work?

Size isn't the focus here. You'll be training cycling-specific movements and using repetition ranges that are conducive to strength and endurance.

Do I need a gym membership?

You don't! You'll be able to select what equipment you have access to. If you're a gym member - great! If not, you'll work with what you have.
